1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Ayusathi ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Ayusathi provides clinic scheduling, patient management, and WhatsApp-assisted appointment booking tools for healthcare practitioners in India. The Service is a SaaS product accessed via web browser.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate, complete registration information. You are responsible for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Patient Data & Privacy

Patient health information is sensitive personal data under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (DPDP). You are the Data Fiduciary for patient data you enter. We act as Data Processor. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling, retention, and your rights.

5. Acceptable Use

You shall not: (a) use the Service for promotional health messaging in violation of NMC regulations; (b) share patient data without proper DPDP consent; (c) circumvent access controls; (d) resell the Service without authorization.

6. Billing & Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. WhatsApp messaging costs are passed through at Meta's published India rates. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. GST is applicable as per Indian law.

7. Limitation of Liability

Ayusathi is a practice management tool and does not provide medical advice. We are not liable for clinical decisions, missed appointments, or patient outcomes arising from use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify active users of material changes via email or in-app notification.
